Kapsen brand is produced by a Chinese manufacturer Shandong Huasheng Rubber Co.,Ltd, a large private company engaged in Research&Development, Production and Marketing of tires. The Company was established in 1994, it is located in Dongying, Shandong Province.
Supported by a strong capability of R&D, precise equipment, advanced management, Kapsen TBR and PCR tires have been exporting to Europe, America, Middle East, Africa, South-east Asia and Oceania. The offered high quality tires with excellent performance gain long term partners, more and more.
PCR factory covering an area of 400,000 square meters, produce 25 million pcs a year, including HP, UHP, HT, AT, MT, LT(VAN) ranges from 13” to 32”.
The equipment used at PCR factory  is imported from Germany, Italy, The Netherland, the USA, Japan, Korea. The factory cooperates with an excellent foreign engineers’ team, to make sure the tires are advanced in appearance, quality and performance.
